For the second consecutive year, Conrad Hotels walked away with the award to the World’s Leading Luxury Hotel Brand at the World Travel Awards ceremony, which took place in Turks and Caicos in September.

The prestigious trophy was presented to brand representative, Robert Thrailkill, General Manager of the Conrad Miami during the dinner ceremony.

This distinction came after six other awards were presented to some of the brand’s hotels. The Conrad Istanbul once again grabbed the titles of Europe’s Leading Business Hotel and Leading Business Hotel in Turkey, already awarded in 2005.

The Conrad Bangkok was named Thailand’s Leading Hotel and for the second consecutive year, the Conrad Brussels was awarded Belgium’s Leading Hotel.

The Conrad Miami nabbed the trophy of Florida’s Leading Hotel, while for South America the Conrad Punta del Este Resort & Casino in Uruguay, featured like in 2005 as South America’s Leading Casino Resort.
