Expansion for Nikki Beach Resort Concept

The Nikki Beach lifestyle and entertainment brand is to roll out its hotel, resort and spa concept with 15 new properties in 12 countries, including Mexico, Qatar, Dubai, Panama and Thailand.

The first stage of the latest Nikki Beach development in the Turks & Caicos Islands has just been completed. A 48-room resort and a signature Nikki Beach Club opened in April.

The second Phase of the development will launch in 2010 and include a 16,000 sq ft. Nikki Beach Spa. According to the group, the Nikki Beach Club concept currently has more than 3.5 million customers at 12 venues around the world.

The next Nikki Beach Resort & Spa is scheduled to open in 2010 on the Caribbean island of Roatan, the largest of Honduras’ Bay Islands. The Roatan property will include more than 100 luxury suites, penthouses and ocean-view villas as well as spa and a large yacht marina.

The resort will be the centerpiece of Blue Ocean Reef, a 90-acre development bordered by white sand beaches. Surrounded by the world’s second largest barrier reef, the property will also have an on-site nature park.
