First Phase of Mount Cinnamon Project Completed on Grenada

The first phase of Mount Cinnamon Grenada, a $500 million project by British developer Peter de Savary, has opened at Grand Anse Beach on Grenada’s southwestern coast.
Mount Cinnamon currently has 21 furnished homes; another 20 will be constructed in phase two. More than 75 percent of the homes have been sold, and a portion will be placed in a rental pool when not owner-occupied.
Still to come is a 125-room beachfront condo-hotel that will offer full and fractional ownership. The Savvy clubhouse, already open, features an Italian restaurant, a pool, tennis courts, a gym and rooms for spa treatments.
The nearby maritime village of Port Louis will be able to accommodate 300 mega-yachts as well as stores and residences.
