Florida’s Hotel at Naples Bay Resort to Debut in February

The Hotel at Naples Bay Resort, located in Naples, Fla., is slated to open in mid-February. The property consists of 65 suites and 20 rooms and is managed by Benchmark Hospitality International. The property is also a member of Preferred Hotel Group. In addition, the hotel is offering rates beginning at $149, per room, per night, through March 31, 2008.

The hotel is reminiscent of an Italian village, overlooking the resort’s 97-slip marina. Each suite, ranging in size from 900 to 1,700 square feet, offers gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, balconies, flat screen televisions, BOSE entertainment systems, wireless internet service and custom-designed furnishings in rich hues and textures.

The hotel will feature Olio on Naples Bay, a signature restaurant and bar offering indoor and al fresco dining with views of the marina and bay. It also offers the Yacht Club, complete with Captain’s Lounge and 97-slip marina; 3,300 square feet of flexible event space; and a retail promenade.
