Grupo Posadas Adds New Business Hotel to Portfolio

Grupo Posadas has opened its first Caesar Business hotel in Santiago de Chile, its eighth overall in South America.

The $17 million, 142-room property, the Caesar Business Santiago Centro, features meetings space capable of accommodating up to 180 people for both corporate events and business functions, as well as a restaurant and bar, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.

The property is located in Los Andes mountain range section of Santiago, the hub of Chile’s business and government activities.

Grupo Posadas, which operates seven other Caesar properties in Brazil and Argentina, also owns 92 hotels in Mexico, the U.S., Brazil and Argentina operated under such brand names as Aqua, Fiesta Americana Grand, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn and One Hotels.
