Hilton´s Latin America Division Has Major Makeover Plan in the Offing
Hilton Latin America continues to set a standard for growth, with a $10 million makeover, new hotels in Nicaragua and Honduras, and development plans in Argentina.
Major renovations are being unveiled at Hilton Buenos Aires, Hilton Cartagena, Hilton Colon Guayaquil and Hilton Colon Quito.
The improvements are transforming guestrooms, health clubs, meeting spaces, and public areas.
Travelers will also find exciting new packages and amenities at Hilton hotels in eight destinations.
In April, Hilton opened Hilton Princess San Pedro Sula in Honduras and Hilton Princess Managua in Nicaragua. The agreement completes a three-property conversion deal that began with the Hilton Princess San Salvador in 2004.
Hilton has also announced plans to open a hotel in Ushuaia, the world´s southernmost city, in 2007. The brand will ring in 2008 with a brand-new 5-star resort in Puerto Iguazu, site of Argentina´s second most visited destination Iguazu Falls.
