Hilton to Bring Conrad Brand to the Bahamas in 2010

Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand of the Hilton family of hotels, will debut the 250-room, 160-residence Conrad Bimini Resort & Casino in the Bahamas in 2010.

The resort will be part of a multi-phase, 700-acre seaside village named Bimini Bay Resort, which will include additional residences and villas, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course, a marina and several restaurants and retail shops.

The Bimini project is one of several luxury developments that mark the international expansion thrust of the Conrad brand.

Over the next few years, Conrad will open properties in the Maldives; Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Shanghai; Koh Samui, Thailand; Buenos Aires; and Portugal.
