Hilton Garden Inn Plans Development in Panama City

Hilton Garden Inn announced the development of the 170-unit newly constructed Hilton Garden Inn Panama in Panama City, Panama. The Hilton Garden Inn Panama is owned by Metropolitan Hotels SA under a license agreement with a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

A high-rise design, the 17-story hotel will be ideally situated at the corner of Calle Eusebio A. Morales and Calle Enrique Grenzier. Plans call for the hotel to be located in the banking and commercial district of Panama City, and the hub of hotel activity, in the vicinity of Via España commercial sector.

The Hilton Garden Inn Panama is scheduled to feature 163 guestrooms and seven suites offering the Garden Sleep System bed; ergonomic Mirra chair by Herman Miller; complimentary wired and Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access; high-definition flat-screen television; and an alarm clock with MP3 connectivity.

The hotel also plans to feature a complimentary 24-hour business center; a comfortable lounge area; and a total of 160 square meters of flexible meeting space –ideal for business meetings, social events and wedding receptions.

For dining options, the hotel is slated to feature the Great American Grill restaurant offering freshly prepared breakfast and dinner; evening room service and the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry convenience mart with a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries.

Planned recreational facilities at the hotel will include an outdoor rooftop heated whirlpool; complimentary fitness center featuring Precor cardio and strength equipment; and Stay Fit Kits that can be checked out from the hotel front desk and enable guests to do yoga, Pilates and core workouts in the privacy of their guestroom or in the workout facility.
