Hilton Opens Third Miami Hotel in Downtown
Hilton Hotels & Resorts opened the doors to its newest Miami property, the Hilton Miami Downtown. The 527-room hotel features newly renovated guestrooms, including 58 suites that overlook Biscayne Bay and the downtown skyline.
Previously operated as the Miami Biscayne Hotel, the Hilton Miami Downtown is operated by Argent Ventures, LLC under a franchise license agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation.
The hotel is owned by Morgan Stanley and Argent Ventures, and managed by Pyramid Hotel Group. Each guestroom has been newly furnished with the Hilton Serenity Collection of in-room amenities, which includes the Hilton Serenity Bed Suite Dreams mattress by Serta.
Standard amenities also include the Hilton Serenity Bath Collection; a Cuisinart dual-cup, single brew coffeemaker and Lavazza coffee; and the easy-to-set Hilton Family alarm clock with MP3 player connectivity.
All of the hotel’s 528 rooms are equipped with 27-inch screen televisions and high-speed Internet access. Guests can take advantage of the hotel’s rooftop pool with views of Miami, or break a sweat in the fitness center featuring Hilton Fitness by Precor equipment.
Meeting planners and attendees can enjoy the Hilton Miami Downtown’s 43,000 square feet of function space, including one of the largest ballrooms in the downtown area. The hotel also features a 24-hour business center and multi-lingual staff.
