Hotel Hotetur Lanzarote Bay Gets the Q for Quality Certificate
Hotel Hotetur Lanzarote Bay, which reopened last June, obtained the Q for Quality granted by the Spanish Institute for Hotel Quality (ICHE). This certificate of quality is based on the UNE 182001:2008 standard.
Obtaining this certificate is based on the recognition of three fundamental aspects of Hotel Hotetur Lanzarote Bay: The accreditation that the hotel has established a management system in all of its departments; the fact that the hotel is found to be in a top state of cleanliness and is perfectly maintained, with facilities that are modern and adapted to the expectations of the guests; and third, the hotel focuses on the guests as the primary value of the establishment, and all of the employees make it their top priority to ensure that the guests are taken care of and are satisfied.
Hotel Hotetur Lanzarote Bay is the second establishment to be certified in the hotel chain, along with the hotel BlueBay Palace (Fuerteventura), a hotel certified according to the ISO 9001:00 and the Q for quality (UNE 182001) standards.
As a part of its strategic lines, Hotetur Hotels has set out to manage its establishments according to its own standard of quality, gradually obtaining independent certification for the most symbolic establishments of its tourist destinations. Hotel Hotetur Lanzarote Bay will be presented the certificate of quality during FITUR 2009.
