Iberostar Set to Open Two New Grand Collection Resorts

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is adding two new all-inclusive properties to its luxury grand collection.

Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall in Rose Hall, Jamaica, and Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, are the newest additions to the Grand Collection, joining the Iberostar Paraiso on the Riviera Maya. The two new Caribbean properties will provide unique vacation experiences, featuring superior customer service and quality.

The $86 million, five-star Iberostar Grand Hotel Rose Hall, located in Rose Hall, 20 minutes form Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, will open Nov. 15. The resort offers 293 oversized luxury suites and two presidential suites.

It will have a main buffet restaurant and four a-la-carte restaurants specializing in Italian, gourmet, Japanese and steak/seafood. Guests also can dine throughout the entire Iberostar Rose Hall Beach & Spa Resort.

The property has one lake pool with swim-up bar and one activity pool. The PADI Dive Center has catamarans, kayaks, windsurfing, snorkeling and diving lessons. A new spa specializes in couples’ treatments.

Located in Punta Cana, the $82 million, five-star Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro is set to open Dec. 22. It will have 270 luxury suites, 13 oceanfront Grand suites and one presidential suite. All suites features whirlpools overlooking the balcony. Guests can dine at the Restaurant Buffet, which offers Dominican and international cuisine, as well as four a la carte restaurants specializing in gourmet, Japanese, steak and Italian.

The resort also will have a two-story oceanfront spa and an Iberostar Bavaro Golf Club with an 18-hole course designed by golf architect PB Dye. Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro also has a wide variety of sports entertainment, with playing fields and tennis courts. Guests have full access to the neighboring hotels within the Iberostar Bavaro Golf Resort & Spa.
