Dr. Akbar Malik, editor of the international edition of Yoga Magazine and a dedicated yoga instructor for more than 15 years, will host a week-long Masters Class at LaSource luxury-inclusive spa resort in Grenada April 10 – 17, 2010. LaSource Masters Classes give guests the opportunity take part in intense fitness and holistic classes taught by leading international instructors.

Dr. Malik is the founder of YogaVogue school in London and Malik-Yoga, a style of yoga that combines laya, hatha, and kundalini yoga with unique meditative practices. Dr. Malik’s yoga style incorporates ancient traditions with his Himalayan training, and he aims to boost and strengthen the powers of the mind, body and spirit among his students, readers and fellow yogis.

While at LaSource, Dr. Malik will teach two 60-minute yoga classes each day – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. He will hold an afternoon lecture on topics such as yoga, nutrition and health as well as co-host a 30-minute meditation session with Dr. Kutteri each evening.
