Meetings Facilities at Sheraton Cable Beach to Open Early

The 694-room Sheraton Cable Beach Resort in Nassau moved up the completion date of its new meetings facilities to December 15, two months ahead of schedule.

The area will consist of 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, which can accommodate meetings or events of up to 1,200 attendees.

A 12,500-square-foot ballroom will be complemented by four additional breakout rooms for meetings and banquets as well as pre-function areas for group registration, receptions and meetings breaks.

All meetings facilities will offer high-speed Internet access; a full-service business center also will be available to guests.

The resort is offering a number of incentives for meetings planners booking group packages by December 31 for events taking place between now and December 22, 2007, August 24 and December 20, 2008, and August 23 and December 19, 2009.
