Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit Launches Online Travel Agent Program

The Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau launched Part One of their new informational online “Travel Truth or Dare” video program, which is geared at updating travel professionals about the destination’s “hidden treasures,” value and affordability.

The two-part “reality TV meets game show experience” gives travel agents a platform from which they can better understand and sell this new region of Mexico. The show highlights the destination’s combination of attractions, including atmosphere, environment, activities, people and value for money.

The “Truth or Dare” video seminar stars host J.J. Jackson, his sidekick Treasure Chest “TC” and Paul the “Roving Reporter” on a mission. The presentation is also interactive and during its viewing, asks agents to register their answers to a short series of questions in order to provide feedback and opinions to assist the Riviera Nayarit in further marketing and sales efforts.

Upon completion of viewing the video series, travel professionals are awarded “specialist status” and will receive rewards and benefits including “Nayarit Fast Cash” bonus commission certificates, exclusive benefits for clients they book to Nayarit, preferred status for fam trips and other incentives.
