New Generation Novotel for central London

Accor has agreed terms with Development Securities for a four star ´New Generation´ Novotel Paddington Central. The hotel will complement nearly 1 million sq ft of offices together with retail, restaurant and residential accommodation. Existing occupiers on the scheme include Visa, Kingfisher and Chiltern Mondial.

The immediate area is going to see major development, we´re close to Paddington and we´re very convenient for the West End,” said Jean-Jacques Dessors, Accor Hotels Managing Director Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, Etap and Formule 1 in the UK. “We look forward to working with Development Securities to make this hotel a great success.”

A planning application has been submitted to Westminster City Council. Construction and fit-out is expected to take 18 months once permission has been granted.
