Piñeiro Group Lands Tenth Hotel in the Dominican Republic

Spain’s Piñeiro Group has acquired the Hotel Santana Beach, which is located in a splendid bay between La Romana and San Pedro de Macori, in the Dominican Republic, with an exclusive location on the beachfront.

The five-star hotel will be marketed from November 1 onwards as the Gran Bahia Principe La Romana and will operate under the all-inclusive system. It will have 288 junior suites and 400 superior standard rooms.

With this new acquisition, the Piñeiro Group now has 10 hotels in the Dominican Republic, thus beefing up its position as one of the leading Spanish hotel chains in the Caribbean country.
