Puerto Rico Tourism Company Recognizes San Juan Marriott Resort as the “Best of the Best” in Puerto Rico

The San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino was recognized by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) as the “Best of the Best,” designating it as the best hotel in Puerto Rico in 2008 at the 5th Annual Quality Awards Ceremony.

Held last Thursday at the Puerto Rico Convention Center, these industry wide awards are designed to celebrate hotels that have created an impact in various areas such as the environment, community outreach, cultural support and exceptional service in the tourism industry. Each property must go through an intensive criteria and selection process that is conducted by a third party.

In addition to the “Best of the Best” the San Juan Marriott was honored with four other awards within the Four Star Category, including: Best Front Desk Award, Best Housekeeping Award, Best Facility Inspection Award and Best Hotel Award – Four Star category.
