Reef Atlantis Opening Completes $1 Billion Development Project

The 497-room Reef Atlantis opened its doors yesterday on Paradise Island, Bahamas, marking the completion of Kerzner International’s $1 billion, Phase 3 at the Atlantis complex.

Opening rates will range from $340 per room, per night, double, in a studio to $1,750 for a deluxe oceanfront two-bedroom suite.

The 22-story tower includes 307 studios, 188 one-bedroom units, two penthouses and offers the option of creating a two-bedroom suite by combining a one-bedroom with a studio.

Accommodations feature a kitchen or kitchen area, a living area, a washer and dryer (in all units except studios), and wireless Internet access. Guests at the Reef will have access to the resort’s water park, activities, restaurants and entertainment.
