Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino Grabs AAA Four Diamond Award

One of Aruba´s flagship lodgings, the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino, nabbed the AAA Four Diamond Award in recognition to its superb quality and longstanding commitment to superior service.

The AAA Four Diamond Award is granted to hotels with excellent exterior grounds, public areas, room décor and ambiance, guest room amenities, bathrooms, housekeeping, management and guest services.

Properties in the running for this prestigious award are evaluated by a AAA representative without prior notification and go through at least one unannounced inspection and one overnight visit each year. Hotels must excel in all areas to be considered for the Four Diamond Award.

According to Carla Smits, chief of sales and marketing for the establishment, the award means a lot to Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino and its hardworking staff that always goes the extra mile to try to “ensure the highest quality stay for our guests.”
