Sedona Resorts Plans Caribbean Expansion

Sedona Resorts, a property management, development and hospitality investment firm headquartered in Sedona, Arizona, has launched two new projects in the Caribbean: Crab Cay, a 180-acre island located off Great Exuma in the Bahamas, and Kittitian Hill on the north side of St. Kitts.

Both projects include resort and residential real estate components, including a boutique-size hotel, a destination spa and other amenities, such as a golf course on St. Kitts and a marina facility for mega-yachts up to 300 feet on Crab Cay.

Sedona Resorts’ current portfolio includes the Enchantment Resort and Mii Amo Spa in Sedona, the Tides Inn in Irvington, Va., and a number of commercial hotels in the U.S. No timeline has been announced for the projects.

Within the Caribbean, Sedona Resorts has provided management services in the past to a number of resorts, including Cap Juluca in Anguilla, Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands, Caneel Bay on St. John, and Carambola Beach Resort on St. Croix.
