Seven Stars Resort to Open in Turks & Caicos
Seven Stars Resort this July will hold a grand opening of its first phase on Brace Bay in Providenciales in Turks & Caicos (it soft opens in April). Resort owner Jak Civres hired developer James Slattery and Miami-based architect Robert Swedroe to build the property.
Among the resort’s innovations will be the “Seven Stars Online Concierge,” a website which will allow guests to make requests and ask questions before they arrive. An on-site service known as “Miss Seven” will give guests constant contact with a concierge service.
The 22-acre resort will be located on Grace Bay Beach with 81 units divided into one- to four-bedroom and penthouse suites located in three buildings and ranging from 700 to 6,000 square feet.
All accommodations will feature king beds, cable TV, CD/DVD players, “chef-caliber” kitchens and more. Many suites have separate showers, Jacuzzis and double sinks. The food and beverage facilities will include a fine dining restaurant, a pool bar and more. The resort lies a few minutes from Provo Country Club’s 18-hole golf course.
The second phase, due for completion as early as 2009, will open the second and third buildings, expand conference facilities, and more. Rates at the property will range from $365 per night for a one-bedroom unit in low season to $5,000 for a four bedroom suite in the peak. Rates will include airport pick-up and full breakfasts.
