Small Hotel on Turks & Caicos Finishes Refurbishment

The Meridian Club, a private island retreat on Pine Cay in the Turks and Caicos, completed its property upgrades.

The property renovated its 12 guest rooms, cottage and public areas; added four boats for guest transport and snorkeling; and transferred the reservations function to on-island agents for more personalized service and quicker responses.

Beverly Plachta, the Meridian Club’s new general manager, said, “While other islands continue to overdevelop, Pine Cay is committed to keeping the same quiet experience we have always offered. We’re just a bit more polished now that we’ve had a face-lift.”
