Sol Melia Vacation Club Adds Puerto Rican Property

Sol Meliá Vacation Club, an international leisure vacation membership club with locations in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America and Europe has added a new location at Coco Beach, Rio Grande, Puerto Rico to its growing portfolio.

This first phase that has opened consists of ocean front villas in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations with private check-in and members VIP lounge, and is part of a larger plan with a build out of over 400 villa units when completed. Phase II is under construction and future phases are also being planned.

Sol Meliá Vacation Club at Gran Meliá Puerto Rico is partially designed for families as home-style type accommodations with luxurious and spacious oceanfront suites with various room accommodations, kitchenettes, dining and living areas that are perfect for any size family to sprawl out in comfort.

All of the ocean-front Club suites feature satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, and some units have hot tubs in the balconies.
