St. Lucia Boutique Hotel to Open in December

Calabash Cove Resort, a boutique property, will open in mid-December on St. Lucia’s northwest coast.

Accommodations include nine teak and mahogany cottages with plunge pools, outdoor rain showers, patios and hammocks. Overlooking Mosaic Beach are seven suites with Jacuzzis.

Calabash Cove will be home to a spa and fitness center, a restaurant with Asian-themed cuisine, a bar, a wine cellar, a library and gardens. Rates range from $285 to $895 per night, double, and include a breakfast buffet.
