St. Maarten Marina Targets Fall Opening

St. Maarten’s Porto Cupecoy Marina is set to open in November on the western end of Simpson Bay Lagoon. The 54-slip mega-yacht marina will serve as the social and commercial hub of the 181-residence Marina Village, set to open late this year.

The village will feature restaurants and cafes, art galleries, boutiques, a grocery store, a pharmacy, banking services, a pool and fitness center, tennis courts and a gated entrance. Residences range from one to three bedrooms, priced from $450,000 to $2.5 million each.
