St. Maarten Sonesta Resorts Extend Airfare Credit

Banking on the success of its November “St. Maarten Stimulus” airfare credit program, Sonesta St. Maarten resorts are extending booking deadlines to Dec. 31. Guests may receive up to $400 in airfare credit per person for stays at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino or Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort & Casino from Jan. 3 to April 11.

The “St. Maarten Stimulus” promotion is designed to defray air travel costs for travelers looking for an affordable option to the Caribbean this season. The offer is available at double occupancy for both all-inclusive and room-only plans, in a variety of room categories.

At Sonesta Maho, guests can earn $200 per person airfare credit on five-night stays, $300 per person airfare credit on six nights and $400 per person on seven nights. Blackout dates of Feb. 12 to 16 and March 5 to 9 apply. Applicable rooms on all-inclusive plan include Garden Island, Premier Garden Island, Pool Ocean and Premier Pool Ocean. For room-only rates, the promotion is applicable to Pool Ocean and Premier Ocean rooms only.

At Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort & Casino, guests can earn $200 per person airfare credit on five-night stays, $300 per person airfare credit on six nights and $400 per person on seven nights. Blackout dates of Feb. 12 to16 apply. Applicable room categories include Deluxe Mountain View and Ocean View.

The “St. Maarten Stimulus” airfare credit at Sonesta St. Maarten resorts is based on availability. The offer is not applicable to groups and not combinable with other promotions. It is not applicable to existing reservations and is valid for new bookings only.

Starting rates at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino and Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort & Casino begin at $275 per night for stays Jan. 4 to April 11. Rates are based on double occupancy, are room only and are subject to 21 percent tax and surcharge. All-inclusive rates are also available.
