SuperClubs Set to Open Rooms Hotel on Jamaica

SuperClubs’ Rooms on the Beach, Negril will open July 31 in Jamaica. The 57-room hotel will be SuperClubs’ second to open under the Rooms brand. A 97-unit Rooms opened in Ocho Rios in December 2004.

The Negril property faces the Caribbean on Negril’s seven-mile beach. SuperClubs bought the three-acre site of the former Negril Inn in 2007 and shuttered it for a year of upgrades and improvements to the tune of $4 million.

Rooms is near Rick’s Cafe and Alfred’s, two popular spots in Negril, and is within walking distance of restaurants and boutiques. The hotel has a pool, on-site restaurant and bar, fitness center and Internet cafe.
