Upscale Capella Resort in Cabo Accepting Reservations

The 66-room Capella Pedregal, which is set to open on July 1 in Cabo San Lucas, has started taking reservations. The upscale resort is situated along 24 beachfront acres at the southernmost tip of the Baja California peninsula.

The resort’s guestrooms will range in size from 600 square feet to a 3,000-square-foot Presidential Suite; all rooms will feature private plunge pools and ocean views.

Capella officials said that one of the resort’s major selling features will be its Auriga Spa, a 10,000-square-foot facility boasting “cave-like treatment pods” with direct access to the spa’s own private pool.

The spa will also include a 24-hour fitness center, couples’ suites, open-air treatment areas and a salon. The resort will also feature three restaurants.
