Wimco Adds Punta Mita to Portfolio

Vacation villa purveyor Wimco Villas has added 17 high-end homes in Punta Mita, Mexico –45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta’s airport- to its portfolio of rentals in Hawaii, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

The new three- to six-bedroom villas, in one of Punta Mita’s newer gated developments, are serviced by a local team of maids, cooks and staff. The homes are located on the same private peninsula as the Four Seasons and St. Regis hotels and two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses.

Wimco’s full concierge program arranges for in-villa spa treatments, private chefs, transfers, golf cart rental, yoga sessions and more. Guests reserving stays by a Sept. 1 deadline enjoy introductory savings: one free night for every five booked and two free nights for every seven.

Several of the villas have seven-day minimum bookings during holidays. Sample weekly rates (before introductory offer) range from $7,700 for a three-bedroom villa to $18,900 for a four-bedroom one, through Dec. 19.
