The Excelencias Group is going to gather in Havana, June 22-24, the finest chefs, bartenders, maîtres, sommeliers and gastronomic workers from Cuba and other nations during the 5th Excelencias International Gastronomic Seminar Havana 2015, organized to debate on cuisine.

The second working session of the First International Gastronomic Seminar “Excelencias Santiago de Cuba 2015” and the First “From Cacao to Chocolate” International Symposium kicked off Wednesday with a lecture entitled “The Caribbean Influence on Cuban Cuisine”, dictated by international chef Jorge Luis Mendez.
Mr. Jose Carlos de Santiago Bartolome, President and Editor-in-Chief of the Excelencias Group and Ambassador of the Iberian-American Gastronomy Academy, opened Tuesday the First International Gastronomic Seminar “Excelencias Santiago de Cuba 2015” and the First “From Cacao to Chocolate” International Symposium by thanking the attendance of boldface names at the Conference Hall of the Sierra Maestra Hotel in Santiago de Cuba.
Paco Torreblanca will make a presentation in Cuba that takes after his desserts: delicious, provocative and good enough to unleash a multitude of emotions.
