Hyatt Hotels Corporation has completed its previously announced acquisition of the 756-room Hotel Nikko Mexico from Japan-Mexico Hotel Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately $190 million.

Further to the March 29, 2012 announcement of the impending sale of the Breezes Trelawny Resort & Spa, SuperClubs can today confirm that the transaction has been successfully completed. The resort is the largest in the parish of Trelawny.
