Saint Lucia Tourist Board Launches “Lift Your Senses” Campaign
The Saint Lucia Tourist Board introduced “Lift Your Senses,” an advertising campaign designed to portray Saint Lucia as an island that enhances visitors’ five senses -- sight, taste, hearing, feel and smell.
Presented in a series of vignettes, the campaign shares the on-island experience through close-up shots and experiential imagery. Headlines tie each of the five senses to the variety of ways to stay and play on Saint Lucia, addressing the romance, bridal, family, adventure, dive and yacht markets. The ads’ body copy ties back to the central idea that Saint Lucia “lifts” all the senses.
The new campaign will break in January with online advertising followed by print ads in consumer publications and television later in the year. The campaign was created by ISM, a Boston-based travel and lifestyle marketing firm, in collaboration with the Saint Lucia Tourist Board.
“From strategy development to execution, the ‘Lift Your Senses’ campaign captures what sets St. Lucia apart from other Caribbean destinations in a way that we believe will differentiate our island in an extremely crowded competitive set,” said Louis Lewis, director of tourism for the Saint Lucia Tourist Board.
