According to his plans, ETI´s Director of International Investments, Javier Navarro, explains, “we truly believe that international investors have an excellent opportunity to profit from the numerous and good-yield projects that offers the Argentinian tourist market today and we are very confident on the high potential of this important market in coming years”. Last data shows that entrance of international tourists continues growing to an annual rate of more than 30%.

In opinion of Navarro, “although the recent political and economic swings of the country have moved away the investors, the new political climate is consolidating and the main economic and social indicators will be getting better in the next months, which will end up improving the conditions for the investors”.

Espacio Turistico International counts for the development of its initiatives with its Argentine partners Alpha Consulting Group and the support of the local authorities, “which enables us to reduce the risks and take the maximum advantages from the present opportunities as we work on the ground”, affirms Navarro.

So far several international hotel groups have shown interest in the projects, which means “there is no doubt that bigger corporations have growing interest in introducing themselves into this important tourist market, that we are sure is going to be a referring one for the diversification of their portfolios”, it concludes Navarro.
