NH Hotel Group has added the NH Brussels Carrefour de l’Europe to its portfolio in Europe. This latest acquisition brings the total amount of NH Hotels in Brussels to seven and is in line with the company’s five-year business plan which was announced in 2014 with expansion outlined as one of the group’s primary goals.

The Baha Mar resort in the Bahamas, which at the start of the year was slated to open four new hotels totaling 2,200 rooms on March 27, will have available rooms at only one of its hotels on that date.

Casa de Campo, the 7,000-acre luxury resort and golf destination in La Romana, Dominican Republic, has been accepted into membership of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection. All guests of Casa de Campo are eligible to enroll in the iPrefer guest loyalty program.

Well, it just so happens that Marriott Hotels is offering some major discounts in the Sunshine State this summer season. Travelers who book two nights or more from April 13 to Oct. 5 by March 31 will be granted savings of up to 20 percent.
