Representatives of Cape Town and the Western Cape´s destination marketing body, Cape Town Routes Unlimited, participated in the World Travel Market (WTM) in London, showcasing the best of the region to visitors from all over the world.
WTM attracted over 45,000 visitors who were exposed to displays by countries, regions, service providers, airlines and more. Cape Town Routes Unlimited´s display was showcased under the umbrella of the South African Tourism stand.

Using a current mobile number abroad can be costly, so Textbay launched remote top-ups and a call-forwarding product under “Simple SIM Service” at WTM to enhance its international SIM service.
The new call-forwarding service for existing mobile numbers to an International SIM number could save up to 85 percent on the traditional method called roaming.

Around 57 exhibitors will represent Abu Dhabi at the World Travel Market to be held in London from November 14 to 17.
Shaikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, chairman of Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), said the London event represented an excellent opportunity for participants to interact with key global tourism and travel players.
